Irvin Kew, MAIBC, MRAIC, RIBA Irvin is a registered architect, trained at Thames Polytechnic University, London UK, and principal of Irvin Kew Architecture, Inc. In early 1999, Irvin became interested in waste management issues and environmental concerns. Irvin has toured and researched existing waste management facilities and examined their respective technologies in British Columbia and also in the UK. In the summer of 1999, he made contact with former associates from the UK with established businesses in the both the recycling and solid waste management fields. In March 2000, Irvin returned to Europe to seek other modern, environmentally responsible technologies and found a technical partner in Germany with various effective technologies to manage different solid waste streams. As an architect with extensive project management experience, Irvin has the necessary skill to act competently as facilitator, to inform and educate community groups of the need to reduce greenhouse gases and global warming with today's modern, cost effective technologies.
Dirk Berger, Dipl. - Ing (MSc.) Dirk is a chemical engineer trained at the University of Dortmond, Germany. He has acquired a great deal of experience with water purification and waste management from his years of experience in the industry. Dirk has held management positions such as head of the Department for Environment with Krupp, a leading international Energy and Process Technology company. Dirk is responsible for special projects in the company of Lurgi Energie und Entsorgung, a Germany based group of leading companies operating internationally in the field of process engineering plant construction, capable of the design and the supply of turnkey plants or plant units for a comprehensive range of applications. |
